My deposit was declined or does not show up in my account

It might occur that your deposit is declined by our partners or that the funds don't get credited to your account.

I didn't receive my credits, but money was deducted from my bank account

Some payment methods can take up to 15 minutes, to be reflected in your Dripdraw Wallet. If your money still doesn't arrive by then, please write us an e-mail to support@dripdraw.com and include your e-mail address and username, of the account in question.

My money doesn't get transferred at all

If you are unable to remit funds from your bank account to DripDraw, you should solve the issue by getting in touch with your bank. If the problem persists, you can, of course, write us an e-mail. We will try our best to help you out.

The wrong amount was added to my account

If you have received less stars than you had paid in your currency, we will naturally add the remaining funds to your DripDraw account. In order for us to process this request, please write an e-mail to our support team as well, but be clear about what the problem exactly is, so we can fix it as fast as possible.
