1.1 You can choose to return any unqualified or defective items you ordered by mail within 30 days after the order delivery date. In order to return your items, please contact our support team at support@dripdraw.com and follow their instructions.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. Your product must use the original packaging. Your items need to have a receipt or certificate of your choice to deliver the items you won in the unboxing game to you.
1.3. If you are eligible for a return, you can choose to receive new (compliant) goods, or refund.
2.1. According to the provisions of the previous section, after we receive your item, we will check it and inform you that we have received the item you returned. After checking the product, we will notify you of the refund status immediately.
2.2. If your return is approved, we will refund the credit you used to cancel the packaging within 48 days.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The credits you purchase on our website for playing unboxing games are considered digital goods. We allow cancellation of your credit limit order, and your purchase amount will be refunded until you spend any credit purchased to play the unboxing game.
